Most of our groups meet in community based venues and for those who like to spend time outdoors, we also have a monthly, FAN Plus Walks group, that meet for a gentle one hour walk in and around Cardiff.
Next FAN Plus Walks will be on Wednesday 26th December, 1.30pm when the group will explore Cardiff's Arcades.
Pictured is the group's last walk where they explored the fascinating St Fagan's museum and enjoyed meeting others enjoying a walk around the grounds!
