FAN goes out and about at Riverside Festival

on Sunday, 31st August, 2014

Zahra, Debbie and Sarah enjoyed their windy (and sometimes rainy) afternoon at the Riverside Festival. The event was organised by Communities First and lots of local organisations and took place in Despenser and Clare Gardens – so just down the road from the City Temple and not too far from the Grangetown Buzz where we hold Tuesday morning FAN groups.

Debbie organised a treasure hunt, Zahra took photographs that captured the day (as you can see it was a busy, musical and multicultural event – there were chickens and food of all sorts) and we all talked to people about FAN. I hope that we encouraged some new people to come and try FAN and that some organisations will begin to promote it.
